Active Sky for P3Dv4 updated

Featured Replies

Active Sky has issued the update to make it compatible with the P2D Hot Fix 2. I downloaded and installed the P3D Hot Fix 2, Client only, and downloaded and installed Active Sky P4 update 092619. Now my P3D is version4.5.12.30293 and my AS is version 7208. Everything seems to be fine.

Rob, You are right. Strange thing happening. I deleted the old client file following the posted instructions. But when I go to install the new one, I get this message:

Warning: Could not find create shortcut Prepar3Dv4. LNK. Verify that the destination folder exists and that you can access it. I click on Ok and that warning goes away and the loading window instantly goes away.  I look in the P3D file and the client folder is there, but now I right click on it and it gives me the old number, but P3D loads and runs. How can it have the old client folder back in the file? And how do I verify that I can access the program as the warning asks?

My P3D is located on my D drive inside Program Files.

Thanks

Howard

My P2D is located in D:/Program Files/

OK. I did the process again and got the same results, but then after running P3D 2 times the version number changed to 4.5.13.32097
