September 29, 20196 yr Good Morning. I would like to know if it is possible to exchange a license purchased a few minutes from GNS530 to GTN750. The inability to update the GNS530 database has frustrated me and should have searched before. Anyway, how do I proceed to request a refund or if possible exchange for the GTN750? PS I know GTN also has a database delay, but I already have a license from it and I already adapted to a year late, but the 530 is too much ... 2009/2010 Thank you for your attention.
September 29, 20196 yr HI, You might want to take some more time, there is no rush and you have enough time for a refund. In the meantime, I'd suggest you review the following discussion, especially the recommended posts to get started, and if there is any suggestion to use an online search, maybe start just with the suggestions word-for-word to get started?
