FSX-MS North America + South America + Pacific + Atlantic areas error

Hi there,

I've had an issue for sometime where if i load an aircraft in the North American, South American, Pacific and Atlantic areas, the aircraft wouldn't load properly and VPilot (VATSIM) would not connect however, if I load onto anywhere else in the world, everything is working properly including the aircraft and VPilot. I've searched everywhere to why I can't be able to fly in these areas but can in everywhere else. Does anyone have any clues?

Are those areas check-marked in your Scenery Library?
