Milviz Beaver Floats and P3D

Recommended Posts

I an running P3Dv4.5 and using the payware Milviz DHC-2 Beaver, I have noticed a neat shadow inside the cockpit. The Milviz Beaver float plane has those ropes hanging down from the underside of the wings. I assume they are used by dock hands to pull the plane around at the dock. Anyhow, I noticed that they flap around in the slipstream while flying in outside Locked Spot view. I was amazed to see them as shadows on the panel in Cockpit view, but even more so to see the shadows of them flapping around on the panel. I was flying in Fall season in Alaska, about 4 PM and on a heading that put the sun at my 4 o'clock, casting the shadow of the wing on the panel, along with the shadow of the ropes which were flapping in the slip stream. Now neat is  that detail!
