October 12, 20196 yr I have P3D v4. I'm using a Saitek Yoke. I can't steer any plane on the ground; in the air everything works fine. I have 'Autorudder' checked. With no way to steer on the ground, it is impossible to taxi to/from anywhere without crashing. I've checked the axis settings and such in P3d and don't see anything that would appear to result in any problems. I'm using Ezdok, and have FSUIPC5 installed, although I'm not really using it (other than I think it was required for something, possibly Ezdoc or ASN). Any thoughts? EZCA has a bug that makes the rudder not work on the ground with P3Dv4.5. To see if this is your problem first try disabling EZCA (global disable). If that fixes it, re-enable EZCA but go into the effects dialog and set 'fuselage shake' to zero. You should have noticed that this bug also makes it hard to actually get off the ground. October 12, 20196 yr Author Txs Mark - yes, I was aware there used to be a bug, but this was apparently fixed in an update, which I have. I'll double-check this tho.
October 16, 20196 yr Author Just to confirm that I went back in and was able to fix this uninstalling Ezdok, reinstalling a slightly earlier version (2.6.0.30) and setting 'fuselage shake' to zero. Thanks!
October 22, 20196 yr Author And was -really- able to fix the problem by uninstalling Ezdok completely and using Chaseplane, which is miles better...
