Hi,

Would you mind telling us what is your hardware environment to get started and any other relevant information?

Ok I'm running the gtn 750 on a separate touch screen in a undocked window, any time I expand the gtn to fill the screen, it goes blank. (goes blank on any monitor when expanded to fill the screen) as long as the preset aspect ratio is kept up to a certain size it's fine. Expand it too much, the screen blanks and stops working.

Ryzen 7 8000

1080 and 1660 video cards

64gb ram

M2.ssd

5 monitors used.

Thank you for the additional information.

It might just be you're trying to render the GTN at a width or height larger than 2048 pixels?

In this case this would be normal because it is implemented with these limits by default and there is no setting available for this in our release versions (there is with our professional licenses though).

even placing it on a screen that's 800x600, it still goes blank when I try to make it full screen to fit.

Do you mean the screen has no more than 800x600 pixels physically (native screen resolution)?

What about making another popup window full screen (say the radio stack -  SHIFT+2 - in any default aircraft)?

Besides what simulator are you doing this with?

Using P3D
using this screen https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0776VNW9C/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
can't pop it out to fill the screen, when it's expanded, it goes blank and all you see is the bezel

Other pop out windows can be made full screen no problem

Using P3D

Hi,

The screen resolution is well below the maximum supported with the GTN so this shouldn't be the cause of the problem you're experiencing.

Besides, if this displays the bezel alright, it is not a graphical code bug in our gauge because both the bezel and the screen are rendering using our advanced graphics code instead of the basic FS SDK, which gives our customers gauges displaying in full 32bits hi-res graphics.

Let's try further troubleshooting this.

Which P3D version is this?

Do you have any other add-on?

What about deactivating all add-ons but RXP and compare?
