Is ZL 19 the maximum for XP11

Hello,

Does anyone know if ZL19 is the maximum level that will work in XP11 pleas?

I have downloaded several small areas at ZL 20 however they each only produce coloured striped lines in XP.

I have 64gb of ram installed along with a Radion v11 card with 16gb.

Thanks for any help
