FSLabs PAs does not work

I got the FS labs A320 a couple of weeks ago, every since I got it the PAs have not worked (I have installed the airline packs from the Fslabs website) I reinstalled the plane and that did not change anything, then I got the FS labs A319 and surprisingly the cabin packs did not work for the A319 either. I installed the packs into D:\FSLabs\SimObjects\Airplanes\FSLabs A32X\Airlines. 

Hope someone can help me with this!
