Has anyone heard the fabulous Pod Cast of the converstaion between Captain of right angled nose wheel Jet Blue, and ground crew?Listen in to :- http://joepodcaster.libsyn.com/index.php?p...883&comments=onThis guy can Captain me anytime....classic lesson on Leadership!!Of course, old chestnut applies, aircrew are first at scene of accident, so concentrates the mind somewhat!Still brilliant flying/landing, apparently he worked out that putting on airbrakes(?) is a bad idea, because if wheel was indeed right angled (It was), brakes would push aircaft forward onto offending wheel. Not a great idea in his circumstances!

Thank you for this link! Most interesting. That Captain sounds like hes ordering a Dominos pizza & is discussing what toppings he wants....extremely professional in every way. No stress detectable in his broadcasts at all.Im sure that recording will be played in many CRM training classes!!On a side note:I think CCTV should be standard fare on airliners....even just one fisheye lens towards the back to capture all three landing gear....
