I have bought the Thrustmaster HOTAS Warthog throttle's and joystick + the Thrustmaster TPR Rudder pedals, but I have a problem with the P3D settings, can someone help me with setting up my Thrustmaster setup with P3D please?

Sure but need some more info what specifically are you having problems with?

 

I have the Warthog Thrustmaster stick and throttle with separate Thrustmaster pedals and set everything up in controls and everything works fine!
