Transfer Beaver from old FSX demo to new FSX demo

Featured Replies

Hi all Any one have success on transfering Beaver I tried moving the aircraft folder to the ne installed demogauges folder was identical files so I chose not to ovwerwriteWhen I load FSX demo and Beaver says cant find visual model canot be displayed It then loads and I have the sounds but no visual modelAny help pleaseThanks GregNew Zealand

Hi Greg,I have the same problem. I discovered that in the new demo, there are differences in the model folder: there is now a file called _interior.mdl, which is also mentioned in the model.cfg. My guess is that the interior and exterior models are in seperate files now. Also, there's a texture.cfg in the texture folder now that wasn't in the old demo. I wonder what this means to compatibility with fs9 aircraft.Allard,The Netherlands
