Plane in stall

Featured Replies

Hello !

I habe a big problem flying the plane.

While getting to the cruising alt the plane gets into stall. This happens in about FL320. Suddenly the plane will not rise and "hangs" in the air...

I contacted carenado, without effort. I reinstalled the plane.

I made a short video https://youtu.be/RkUr_4VaUQ8

I hope anyone can help me.

Thanks!

Thorsten

1. Check that are using full throttle (100%) at this altitude.

2. Check that climb speed is not lower than 225kias / M0.6.

I changed the preferances of the Video, so anyone can view it.

I am not a greenhorn and know to fly the bird.

The v/s is not to high and the throttles are on max...

Don't know what you consider a too high' v/s and it's irrelevant. It's IAS/MN that's important, btw the video is still private.

What's your N1?

Oh sorry try this

I tried different speeds. I tried to shut down the AP.

As you can see are N1 and temperature acurate.

Carenado just gave up and refused, they have no idea...

There are a few strange things going on here.

Looks like N1 is around 74% in your video which isn't accurate at all, since it should be above 102% from SL and up.

Climb speed must not be less than 220kts, but that's no explanation for the way too low N1.

Re-installed the Premier. Static N1 at full throttle is 102%, increases to 103% at 6000ft and 220kts, above FL300 N1 = 104%.

The throttles in your video are not even close to max/100% !

Trying to closely match your throttle position, the tooltips are showing 74% and N1 is also 74%....

Hi.

I tried it again - the same problem....

Carenado could not help and sent me another plane to install.

I chose the HawkerH850XP.

Duiring climb, I had the same problem. Suddenly the speed drops and the plane gets into stall.

I put the USB from my Joystick off and reinstalled the plane - no effort.

I think the problem lies within fsx oder the aircraft.cfg

At this time I can´t use carenado planes with fsx. PMDG is not a problem.

Thanks for help!

I don't understand this problem. It's obvious that your hardware throttle is not reaching 100%.

Have you tried, just for testing, the F4 key to achive 100% throttle?

It can't be a problem with the cfg file since you are simply limited by a way too low max throttle setting.

I did the Premier tests in FSX and P3D.
