Has anyone bought this plane in their recent Sale? And has anyone had any luck getting them to respond to a Ticket?

Am asking here because their old Forum has morphed into some 'community thing', but cannot login because they have not responded to a Reset Password ticket.

Not sure if it is buggy or what, but for some weird reason, when selecting the AP1 after first making sure that Yaw Damper 1 has been turned on, even at over 10000ft, the pitch just goes haywire,almost pointing the nose up like a jet-fighter. Same with the Heading knob, selecting it does nothing to have the plane Heading in the correct direction; likewise selecting ALT the aircraft still keeps climbing instead of levelling off at the selected Altitude. In short, selecting the auto-pilot, it may as well not be there. And as for the Engine Start Procedure, as per Tutorial 1 instruction......................................'word not allowed !!

Please delete this post as I have no returned the product to Just Flight and got a refund. Never again, anything from Just Flight.
