750 Pop-Up Screen is Blank. New Install.

Also, When I  shut down Xplane - I  get an hourglass fro a while and then after it  closes I  am getting an eroor message XError: LoadLibrary failed to load iop.d.dll. GetLast Error: 126. I believe it might be related to the new install. 

Any help very much appreciated! I also am running Reality XP's 530 using the Real Sim hardware with no problem.

We've added workarounds in our latest version and I'm wondering if 2.5.22.1 is solving this "LoadLibrary error 126" on your system?
