December 9, 20196 yr Hello, Slowly getting the bugs worked out and making progress. The issue tonight is that whenever I turn RC4 on (Start RC button on the RC4 main screen), when I go back to FSX all i get is a totally black screen. I can hear the engine running in the background and I can successfully exit FSX, but all I'm getting is a blank black screen. Rebuild Scenery ran fine with no errors. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? Thanks again! December 9, 20196 yr Moderator Are you running FSX in Windowed mode? Incidentally, if my suggestion on your other topic cured the problem it would be appreciated if you acknowledged that. December 9, 20196 yr Author Hello Ray, I'm running FSX in fulls screen mode. Sometimes I can get the display to work but I usually have to jump through many hoops, such as tabbing between screens, switching to another screen then back, or various other motions that sometimes seem to bring the FSX screen back up. However, I changed graphics cards last night before this and it's possible it could be some kind of interference from old drivers for the other card or something like that. Thank again for the assist. I will address the other topic anbd the outcome. December 9, 20196 yr Moderator Try this. Start FSX and locate to your departure airport. Once loaded minimise FSX. Start RC and load a plan. Then press Start RC. Restore FSX and on the Addons sub-menu select FSUIPC - About tab. Make sure FSUIPC multiline display window is checked. Press OK. You should now see the RC menu within FSX whether in windowed or full-screen mode. Ray (Cheshire, England).
