OK, in case you struggled with that procedure, here is another way..

To save you downloading file from Internet, download this zip file

Put extracted folder <RC4Dlls> in C drive, so that you get C:\RC4dlls\

In Windows 10 search box type command prompt

Windows will locate the app (it has a black icon ( A DOS type application).

Do not click it directly, rather right-click it and select "Run as administrator"

At the prompt (where cursor is flashing), type "cd C:\RC4dlls" (don't type the quotes (")

Assuming the folder is in place, the prompt should change to "C:\RC4dlls>"

To register MSSTDFMT.dll, type "regsvr32 MSSTDFMT.dll"

Do the same for any other dll that RC4 may complain about.
