I purchased the plane for comparison to another payware Tri-Pacer.  I'm struggling to find motivation to use this product with the obtrusive red VC lighting.  Just checking in to see if there has been a fix.

Don't have any Tri-Pacer time, but the Super Cubs I flew also only had 2 red lightbulbs which illuminated the whole cockpit.

I don't mind the color of the lighting, however I feel the red is over-saturated and the VC has a poor lighting scheme.  Part of that I'm sure is old age eyesight.

Maybe this was intentional to keep the pilots from flying VFR in the darkness 😉   

Old eyesight? I'm experiencing this problem each time I'm driving behind a car during night time and brake lights from the other cars are bright like hell.

When flying this is also really bad with the usually way too bright approach and runway lights....becoming old isn't (always) fun.
