December 18, 20196 yr I performed an "update" for RealityXP (GTN750 and GTN65) on X-Plane 11. But in doing so, I have encountered a problem. Now (using Carenado PC-12 as an example) the GTN750 is shown in the instrument panel, but it is dark as though it is turned off (the Avionics 1 & 2 switches on the overhead are turned on). If I go to Plugins | Reality XP GTN | GTN 1, the GTN 750 1 is on and the Master Device is on. If I click on "Show Window" the GTN750 will pop-up and work fine. Before the update, the GTN750 would show lighted in the instrument panel and I could pop it up by right-clicking it. That functionality seems to be gone now (being lit up and being able to pop-up by right-clicking). Any ideas as to why this is happening? (After the "update", I completely deleted the GTN750 and GTN650 from my PC, then performed a complete "reinstall" of the product. Did not help...same problem.) Any help/ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. (If there is a better forum for this help request, please let me know--much appreciated.)
December 19, 20196 yr Hi, I'd suggest you start posting the content of the RXP log files to better know what is happening behind the scene. Then you might want to also try setting both GTN power source to "Always On" just to cross check. As for the 'right click popup' feature, it is a configuration item in the RealityXP.GTN.ini file (self-documented, can't miss any setting starting with 'pop')

Do you know where they should be? Thank you.
