Curious what your choice would be for a KSEA addon for P3D?  I have Rex HD Airports but no specific airport scenery upgrades.  My version of KSEA only has two runways, not sure when they added the 3rd which is now 16R/34L.

If you just want the runways correct, download Drzewiecki Design Seattle Airports Demo.  It is free, unlimited use, but has low texture resolutions.  However, the airport layout is current.  This is a great free option.  This gives you accurate layout for KSEA, KPAE, KBFI and S50.

Or you can spring for the full version which I have and is nice.

There's also an older Taxi2Gate, which I haven't used but screenshots look nice.

Generally the DD demos are really nice for the occasional flight or to get the layouts correct.
