Resolved on Stream. CP will stutter if close or at 100% CPU.

Solution: Set the ChasePlane_Bridge priority to high in Task Manager.

Will be fixed to be the default in an upcoming update of CP.

I see this as well; I’ve wrestled it for months before realizing ChasePlane was the cause of a significant portion of my “routine” stuttering...not monitor refresh, not G sync, not FPS or frame locking.  Extremely frustrating as I’ve drained hours upon hours hunting it down.  As weird as it sounds, minimizing the ChasePlane window to the lower right system tray improves it for me (though not 100% fix, just an improvement).

Looking forward to the next fix above; if it’s truly affinity or Windows priority, that would be fantastic.  I’ll have to try it via process Explorer in the meantime.

Hmm, no real difference for me unfortunately.  CPU isn't at 100% but seemingly increasing Task Manager priority didn't have much affect.
