P3D4.5 HF2 Shaders

Featured Replies

A question please. Why the shaders folder in users user name  AppData Local Lockheed Martin Prepar3D v4 is missing and there is only Controls folder, Effects folder and Shaders-Backup Folder?

is it something wrong that’s why my sim is so bright?

Please Advise

Georgios

This is how my path looks like :
C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\Shaders

make sure that this path, is correct..... maybe you are looking at a different folder. Is there another Lockheed Martin
folder maybe ?

If you don't have that "Shaders" folder in there, right click with your mouse and create a new folder.
Give that new folder a name. just name it Shaders. And restart P3D4

Exactly, the path is correct and I did as you instructed I created a folder named Shaders and I restarted p3d. Now that folder has plenty of files in it. The brightness of the simulator could be the reason that wasn’t any shaders?

Thank you
