FAIB A320 PW NEO no cabin or logo lights

I have uncommented the relevant lines in the aircraft.cfg files of my AI FAIB Airbus planes, and they are all displaying the logo and cabin lights in P3D v4........except the A320 PW NEO. I have checked the aircraft.cfg file for this plane, and the same lines have been uncommented, but I have just seen one of those planes taxiing out to the runway at Dublin, and the logo and cabin lights were OFF.

Any ideas?
