October 12, 200619 yr I have experienced a problem installing this software. There are 2 DVDs comprising this install and naturally you start with Disk 1. However when I get the message to remove Disk 1 and replace with Disk 2,I keep getting a pop-up message continuously asking me to insert Disk 2 in spite of having done so. When I then eventually try to remove Disk 2 I find that the DVD drive refuses to eject and all I can do to regain control is to reboot.I have 2 optical drives on my machine; one DVD read/write and the other is a read only drive. Whichever of the drives I try to use, the result is the same. After 5 attempts I decided that there must be a problem with one or other of the disks and I think that I need to get a replacement.I firmly believe that my system is in excellent order as only last week, I installed
October 12, 200619 yr Yep, a dirty / damaged disc could do this. I've had it before with World of Warcraft. Had to get a replacement game.
