issue with AI_liveries.xml

Can you have a look at my AI_liveries.xml

for some reason it doesnt like it and Ive made a new changes over the weekend so dont want to run the livery generator.

No, I will not.

You should not touch the AI_liveries.xml file. It is a file generated by a program to be used by another program, so for machine-machine communication.

If you don't like what is in it, you should make changes to your installed liveries and/or to the folder parameters of AILGenerator.

But for example I'm sure the software thinks Level is LVL and not FOO?

That's one of the few issues I've found.

No you should not.

You have to change the parking_codes line in the [fltsim.x] section of that livery.

Ai_liveries.xml is just a reflection of that error. You should fix that error in the source  ....
