Importing Data For Airports

I keep having issues when trying to import data from XPlane into P2ATC.  I have tried selecting the root folder as well as my custom scenery folder but no luck.  It keeps telling me it cant find anything.  Can anyone offer any help regarding this.  Thank you for your time.

You need to select the Root folder for X-Plane.  The program first checks the scenery_packs.ini  file to see if it contains an entry for the airport you are trying to import.  If it doesn't find it, it then looks in the default apt.dat file.

Many small airports don't have taxi/runway data.  That is usually the reason for it not finding anything to import. 

Another reason would be if it finds an entry in the scenery_packs.ini file, but that entry does not point to a location where there is an apt.dat file with taxiway/runway data (lines starting with 120x).  If there are more than one file with the airport in the name, then it only checks the first file.  Be sure road and other scenery files with the airport identifier in them come after the airport file in the scenery_packs.ini file.
