FSX-MS CLS A330 Landing Lights not illuminating on the ground

I've been using the CLS A330 package for quite sometime now, but still haven't figured out why does the landing light and taxi light illuminate on the ground. 

Kinda difficult to navigate around the airport especially when flying at night.

Anyone who has experienced this or knows any workaround?

I think a misstatement on your post!  Landing and taxi lights DO NOT illuminate the ground?  Do you have it checked in your settings?  Do other aircraft landing lights illuminate the ground?

Also read that the CLS A330 is not DX10 compatible.
