737 NGXu Problem

Hi ! 
I installed 737 NGXu base package and this problem happen.

I uninstalled many times, but this problem happen everytime.

I can´t get in the cockpit and when I put the spot view, the tyres don´t appears.

My p3d version is 4.5.13.32097.

Someone know what I need to do ?

So  un installing  and  re installing  once  didn't  solve  it   so it  was   wasting your  time  and  effort in  doing   it  again  and  again,  also   most  likely  wasn't  the  issue  in the  first  place.   Sounds like  a   activation  issue  best  bet is  to  submit  a  support  ticket  in  this  link

I put de serial before after start the plane... That question, about key, don´t happen anymore...

I tested start without put serial key, and the same problem apperead...

If the FLEXnet service is running on your machine, try one more thing. delete your custom panel states
