...is out, but something doesn't quite click there. fsmetar connected immediately and displayed the right info (winds 24G35 in killarney, ontario tonight) but shift-z in the sim was showing gusts to 99 knots and they were throwing the poor skyhawk all over the sky. fs9 behaved correctly

Visit Pete's support forum, apparently at this time there could be some problems with external weather programs connecting via FSUIPC.
