Sorry about that, wasn't thinking about the day the Holiday is celebrated on, only what the purpose of the Holiday. Memorial Day is to remember those Veteran's that have passed either in the line of duty or otherwisee. Veteran's Day is for current and past(with us or those that have passed.) Veteran's.
