RealityXp Download doesn't open and disappears

Hi!

When I try to download the installer, it doesn't work. I open the file and it either disappears or an error message pops up for literally .1 seconds before going away. It then vanishes off my downloads. I have tried everything possible. Can someone please help me? Thank you!

I believe you're fighting your AV program:

Make sure to 'exclude' RXP files from its detection.
