I just bought today the GNS430 for Xplane 11. The GPS appears on the cockpit view but I cannot turn it on. I cannot find any help on the troubleshooting section in the Reality XP manual.

Hi,

Can you please post the content of the RXP log files? (See User's Manual for file/path).

just purchased garmin 430 from reality xp

the outer knob rotary button doesn't work

any suggestions

@calinmariusliviu Hi, provided there are at least 2 of them, can you please at least detail a little bit more what you're trying to do and what is happening?

You might want to review the RXP User's Manual p5 "Using the Mouse".

@RXP Hi, I have the same issue as @calinmariusliviu.  The GNS430 has two knobs with an inner and outer knob for adjusting  frequencies on the left, and selecting the functions or navigating through the menus on the right.  It seems that both the left and right knobs only have the inner knob working.  In the traditional X-Plane faceplate, the mouse cursor changes to a large arrow when using the outer knob, and a small arrow for the inner knob.  Is there a setting somewhere that would allow both outer and inner knobs to work?
