Can anyone help me with nr.1??????L.Jim

1. Couldn't find it myself 2. Depending where you are with the AI, it WON'T get much better without a song, dance and a change to the core of FSX. Or you can try removing/dumbing down features such as Bloom/Advanced Animations/Sea & Road Traffic. And of course try the smaller size textures floating around as well as decreasing/turning off autogen.

Hi Jim,View options was last seen in FS9. End of Line.End of file. End of transmission.I have found no way yet to define/set distance in the spot view (##!_@#%)$%) but you CAN draw closer/push away with CTRL+/CTRL-.In the new outside views of the aircraft you CAN set initial distance in the camera sections of the aircraft.cfg:my Baron settings...[CameraDefinition.2]Title = "Tail"Guid = {D8D67955-2E9B-4e75-9D8B-8EFFBBFAC64A}Description = Looking forward from behind the aircraft (by default only)Origin = CenterSnapPbhAdjust = SwivelSnapPbhReturn = FALSEPanPbhAdjust = SwivelPanPbhReturn = FALSETrack = NoneShowAxis = FALSEAllowZoom = TRUEInitialZoom = 0.75ShowWeather = Yes;InitialXyz = 0, 2.0, -15.0InitialXyz = 0, 2.0, -50.0 // MOVED REARWARD (meters ??)InitialPbh = 0, 0, 0XyzAdjust = TRUECategory=Aircraft;MomentumEffect=TRUEMomentumEffect=FALSE // LOCKOUT OF "GRADUAL TRANSITION" I want this rigid.ClipMode=MinimumI hope the first one who uses the SDK to get us a new "spot view" with a decent spacing will pass it on. Until then... hope this helpsLoyd
