I'm trying to download RXP GTN 750 P3D, but my Windows defender deleted the installation file after downloaded.

This program is dangerous and executes commands from an attacker.

It's usually a false result. Have a look on the RXP general support forum. There are several references to the same issue with responses and advice from RXP.
