Taxi2gate KSEA performance

Hello guys, I have tons of airports and also use orbx global for my p3dv4.5 but one of the airports that I can hardly even fly around is KSEA taxi2gate, for some unknown reason I get horrible performance around that area, any ideas why? I also check the orbx global files to see if anything is named KSEA or seatlle but I dont see anything, not sure if this has to do with the sim default area or how to solve it, I purchased this airport a while ago and havent been able to use it, no way to compare with all my other airports including big ones but they work as normal, thanks in advance for any help!
