Hi I have now reinstalled the 747 v3 after a lot of problems ,but cant seem to open the PMDG operations centre it just says the following: windows cannot access the specified device path or file you may not have the appropriate permission to access the item,i have allowed pop ups as I thought this may have been the problem. The Aircraft seems to be working ok.
