Any ATC server software to fly in LAN-group available?

I am regularly flying with a group of flightsimmers connected via a LAN, not linked to the internet. We use a combination of FSX, P3D and X-Plane. Is any ATC server software available for a group like ours that has an ATC client as well as clients for the different simulators?

Contact the developer of Pilot2ATC on that forum in Avsim.  He might have an answer, and he is very responsive to questions about his program.
