How do you create a simple airfield for FSX/P3D ?

Hello...how do you create a basic airfield file for FSX/P3D?

Is it possible to do this from a satellite terrain picture?

It's a small grass airstrip on an island surrounded by trees.

Go and get Airport Deign Editor.

I do not profess how to design an airport with it, but I have used some of it's functions to edit airports. It does seem rather good!

The help section search for ADE is quite comprehensive so you should get a project going quite quickly.
