My standard GTN display is over my default FMS. Is there a way to put it over my MFD?

NB: VR support is not available (I don't have one so I wouldn't be able to assist you.

You may want to try this command line:

X-Plane.exe --fake_vr

You can add the following too:

--test_stereo
