Experienced BATD OAG Author Needed

Seeking experienced and successful BATD OAG author.  Who has written an OAG that FAA AFS-810 office approved, i.e., it lead to a LoA for a BATD? 

I can not find an OAG template that explicitly covers all of the AC 61-136B requirements.
