October 19, 200619 yr One thing I really like about FSX is how the turbulence is modeled. Especially when in VC mode. Yesterday on final approach into RNO I hit some moderate to heavy turbulence. The sensations provided were pretty convincing I thought. Your body really moves around in the cockpit. Once I hit a nice pocket and the plane dropped about 10 feet or at least felt like 10 feet. I could almost feel my stomach head for my brain as I focused on my display at that moment. Also some unpredictable wind gust and some fresh chop just before the wheels touched down made it all the more challenging as well.
October 19, 200619 yr I was testing in one area for a screenshot request, hit real weather and on approach to the runway hit a crosswind, nearly flipped my cessna, LOLDynamics feel so different to FS9.Regards, MichaelKDFW Asus A8N32-SLI Deluxe nForce4 SLI-x16 / AMD Best, Michael KDFW
