I am trying to purchase the GTN 750 for X-Plane.  Unfortunately I cannot download the E-Commerce Installer from the Reality-xp.com website.  Every time I try, it gets rejected as malicious software.  I have tried on different PCs and a Mac.  Some are using Norton.  One is just Windows Defender. I have tried disabling threat protection and Firewall protection. How can I get past this and get the product?

This really is a false positive:

There must be a setting remaining in your anti-virus software still active and preventing downloading.

I managed to get it downloaded using a Mac and disabling the Norton.  Thank you.

I cannot download it. Even if I manage t download it via a mac, then my windows program doesnt allow me to run the installer.

What can I do to download the software and run it? I'm on a Windows 10 machine, latest version of everything. Build 19043.
