May 23, 20206 yr Hello, I formatted my computer and when trying to reinstall the Citation 560XL I got this message: "The number of installs for this Serial number has been exceeded." Erro 403 I have already opened a request at zendesk. How long does it take to get an answer?! September 2, 20205 yr Tenhaaf, If you get the dreaded 403 error, you have to go to Carenado and request they reset your installations. With the COVID beast they are taking 24 to 72 hrs to reply.
