May 24, 20206 yr Hello everyone! I am currently experiencing very large FPS variations. It's going from 30FPS, jumping to 100FPS, coming back down to 60FPS, etc. Constantly happens. Limiting FPS doesn't work for me, since I still experience jumps and it's laggy. Is there any way I can stabilize the frame rate? I have a very high end system: i9 9900K @5 1080Ti 32GB Memory 1TB SSD which P3D is on. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
May 24, 20206 yr Do you happen to be running SimLink from Navigraph during your p3d flights? Regards, Aaron
May 24, 20206 yr I'm running Simlink from Navigraph and noticed since updating Navigraph Im getting freezes. May 24, 20206 yr I'm also seeing this behavior. I have a dual-screen set up.At first I thought it was FSTramp that was causing stutters, but that's not the case.I'm not using a complex payware aircraft.I get a constant 70-100 on the ground (depending on the complexity of the airport), roughly 100-200 in-flight (depending on cloud coverage), then wild stuttering before landing, between 15-70 FPS (regardless if it's an add-on or a default airport). If I load a new scenario at the arrival airport, frames go back to 70-100.VRAM counter doesn't go above 5 GB, out of an available 7.1 GB.I'm using ActiveSky P3D Beta + ASCA. Toggling between EA on and off doesn't end the stuttering.my specs:CPU: i9-9900KF 3.6GhzGPU: RTX 2070 Super with 8GB VRAMP3DV5 installed in SSD 1TBRAM: 32GBOS: Windows 10 2004The only NDIVIA settings that I've changed:Power: set to Maximum PerformanceVSync: set to Fast
