hello, 

i have installed the rxp gns 430 in P3DV4, in the toolbar i can see reality xp gns then setup aircraft but when i click on it, nothing happen and the window disappear.

This happen with all aircraft i have (stock alabeo carenado a2a)

Can you please post the content of the RXP log files? (see user's manual for file/path).

Also, do you use any kind of post processing tool (ReShade etc...)? These are not designed to work properly when a new window opens (which is what the Panel Assistant is trying to do).

the only log file i have found is:

"My Documents\rxpGNS2_menu.dll.log"

Content:

the other ones : My Documents\rxpGNS2.gau.log" and My Document\rxpGnsSim.dll.log" does not exist

Ok let's go back a little:

When you select the entry in the RXP add-on menu, do you see the Panel Assistant window showing up, with a certain number of options?

Can you tell me which options do you see? (post a screenshot eventually).

when i click on addon menu i have reality xp gns, then below i have a window indicating setup aircraft but when i click on this window, it disapear...

Do you have a menu or a window?

Here is what it is supposed to be done:

Select the menu Add-ons | Reality XP GNS to add or remove GNS units to your aircraft panel. Once selected, the panel wizard opens and guides you through.

You'll then see a Windows window, with a title bar like any other window, with a list of options. Here is a screenshot after choosing the first option:

Hi,

Can you please cross check the content of this log file once you select the menu "Setup Aircraft..." but prior closing the simulator?

1. Start the simulator
2. Select the menu twice or more.
3. Let the simulator running
4. Open the log file with notepad.
5. Post the content here

Can you also confirm the full path to your P3D folder?
