VC tooltips and messed up graphics line....

This happens whenever I hold my mouse over a button, for the tooltip, the screen redraws up to that exact horizontal point, and its all messed up. This also happened in FS9....would this be a driver problem? I'm using Tweaks r Us drivers XG 84's because Im using a 6800xt, not a newer card like the 7900's. These drivers have given me best performance but I have been noticing this problem....Anyone have any ideas?http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/159086.jpg
