I had to reinstall my legacy boxed Version of the pmdg B 747 for my FSX. Now I ´d like to reinstall my downloaded Expansion pack of the Version 747-400 8. After starting the Installation I always get an erropr message saying: Unable to validate your license. Please contact PMDG Technical Support. Im not able to contact. I´ve forgotten the Password. A new Password doesn´t work. So I have no Chance to finish the Installation. It´s very complicated to enter to pmdg Support. I can´t. Please help me. Tahnk you very much.
