I had to reinstall my legacy boxed Version of the pmdg B 747 for my FSX. Now I ´d like to reinstall my downloaded Expansion pack of the Version 747-400 8. After starting the Installation I always get an erropr message saying: Unable to validate your license. Please contact PMDG Technical Support. Im not able to contact. I´ve forgotten the Password. A new Password doesn´t work. Regards Peter Timm

I have reinstalled my older B 747, boxed version, in the normal FSX under WIN 7. I wanted to install the 747-8 extension, download version. When I was ask for the passwords, I get the following message: "Unable to validate your license." "Please contact pmdg technical support service." I can't get any further there. In the LOG IN attempt, there is no response after entering the password. Various emails to the forum administrator remain unanswered. Resetting the password also does not work. The promised email never arrives. I do not know how to continue. Who can help? Thanks a lot. Regards Peter Timm

Hi, after a few years I came back to fly my FSX again. Now I saw that there are several updates for the 737 NGX. Where can I see, which Version I have installed? In the Oper.-Center I noticed that there is an update with the endnumber 1.20.8885 for my planes. How can I install These updates correctly? I tried with the OPCenter, but it doesn´t work. Somebody told me that I have to delete this part of the program. But I cant find the Folder of "NGX Emergency". What do you mean with "Support ticket"? Regards

Yes, I think so - Folder: PMDG737NGXRB. Is this the one you mean? I cant find where FS2Crew is installed, because I would like to delete it completely an install it new.

Ok, I´m trying to install the new "Reboot NGX v3.1" with the "Emergency Pack NGX"(?) with the different FO Voices if required. I have installed "SpecialBundle NGX" and "Emergency Pack NGX". Sorry, but I don´t know how to create a screenshot. Thank you for your Patience. Regards Peter Timm

Ok, but when I try to install the reboot NGX a message appears that tells me to uninstall the Emergency NGX. The installation aborts. What now? What is the Installation Folder Special Bundle Pack NGX named? Because I´ve the FS2Crew for the B747 and B777 too. Thank you very much. Regards Peter Timm
