Hi George, did you install as part of MSI Afterburner? If so I suggest you uninstall MSI AB first and then RTSS.

That would be my starting point, then if you haven't installed that way - I would check the Win services/processes in Task Manager and kill any related services that may be running even though you have closed RTSS at the desktop. In the old days (last century) we called programs like Rivatuner a TSR (Terminate and Stay Resident) program. Far too many of them in Win 10 for my liking.
