Have you tried to delete it in safe mode? If that works then just get a good free or payware Registry Cleaner to clean up the left overs.I use this its free and does pretty good on a lot of things. ccleaner Just google to find it.

Did you try Start-Control Panel-add/remove programs yet? Add/Remove programs worked for me, but if you can't get it to work for some reason, try rebooting your PC, then try and delete the FSX demo folder.

I uninstalled mine from the add/remove programs and then ran JV16 Power Tools to remove the inevitable registry reference left behind.Allcott
