Hi 

I am using FSX and have had the FCU for a couple of years, I had in set up in my last house and was working well,. I have since moved my PC gave up the ghost and I am trying to reinstall everything.

I am using Aerosoft Airbus A318-19 and A320-1. I have followed the instructions and installed Linda 4.4. I have not installed Vri Software. The panel shows as Com 3 so have edited FSUIPC4.ini (registered)

The panel displays speed heading alt etc , however the only things which work with the panel are setting baro and the radio panel

Hi, welcome back!

LINDA is now at version 3.1.1 for FSX and FSUIPC4/5. What version of the LINDA Airbus module are you using? The latest is only for the A3XX pro releases (v1.9).

Make sure your COMPORT number has not changed and that you have installed the USB-Serial FPDT drivers to talk to the VRi Combo CU (Airbus). The VRISIM software can be useful to do this as long as you remember not the run VRISIM.EXE at the same time as LINDA.

With LINDA running, open the Console in Development module and tick the Log VRI Commands. This will show you if you have communication with the panel.

Finally, if that does not help, read and follow the Fault Diagnosis Procedure under LINDA Support and email me the log files.

The  airbus module is Aerosoft Airbus A318/19/20/21

Thank you for the logs. LINDA is not linking the loaded aircraft (Aerosoft Airbus) with the Airbus module. It is selecting the FSX Default instead. 

Do you have LINDA sync-ed to the Flt Sim? Ensure aircraft box highlighted in Orange.

With Sync to Sim on click on Edit button at top. It should show the Aerosoft Airbus search string and a matching list of aircraft. Send me a screenshot.
